Festus, MO – IBEW Local 1 members bannered outside the new Verizon Wireless store on W. Gannon Drive in near Home Depot to draw attention to attention to general contractor Missouri Land Company’s use of Billy Beard Electric, a non-union contractor out of Farmington, paying below area standard wages and benefits negotiated by Local 1.
