St. Louis – Ten IBEW Local 1 members bannered outside general contractor SM Wilson & Co. at 2185 Hampton Ave. April 6 for undermining area wage standards negotiated by Local 1 by using non-AFL-CIO affiliated union electrical contractors to perform work at four major job sites.
