Overland, MO – IBEW Local 1 is bannering Rexel Supply at 2001 Innerbelt Business Center Drive, urging union members and the general public not to patronize the electrical supply house over Rexel’s efforts to take away protections from their employees.
Local 1 and Rexel have been in contract negotiations for nearly six months, but Rexel is trying to make its new contract mirror the contract they have with their non-union affiliates.
Local 1 represented employees work hard for the company and deserve decent wages and benefits and fair terms and conditions of employment.
