IBEW Local 309 endorses Daiber, Smith in November election

Collinsville, IL – IBEW Local 309 has endorsed two Democrats in major Metro East races in the November election – Bob Daiber (left), candidate for Madison County Board chairman, and Sarah Smith (center), candidate for 5th District Appellate Court judge.
