In Memoriam: Cement Masons Local 527’s Todd Pinkston

Todd Edward Pinkston, a recent Cement Masons Local 527 retiree, died Feb. 28, 2019 at his home in Foristell from a sudden heart attack.

Brother Pinkston, 60, was a dedicated cement finisher and a lifelong resident of the Wentzville area. He joined Local 527 on July 1, 1994 and retired on Dec. 1, 2017. He was a loving father and grandfather and a loyal friend.

He is survived by his son T.J. of Foristell, his daughters; Ashley of Wentzville and Julia of Chesterfield and six grandchildren: Collin, Jacob, Alex, Logan, Luke and Elise. He was preceded in death by his parents Thornton “Pinky” and Caroline Pinkston.

Brother Pinkston is also survived by his brother Mark and his wife Erlyn of California; his sister Carol Wickliff and her husband Jim of California; and his sister Kris Michalek and her husband Dale of Minnesota.

Visitation and funeral services were held March 5 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr. St. Peters, MO. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
