Former Missouri Representative Michael J. Spreng, a member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 562, died Sept. 10, 2022 at age 74.
Brother Spreng was a Local 562 retiree and served as a state representative from 2003 to 2011 for the 76th District.
He is survived by his children Kimberly (William) Maxwell, Jeffrey (Marlo) Spreng, Briget Spreng, and grandchildren Ryan, Amber, Emma, Jacob, Luke and Greyden.
He was preceded in death by his parents Arnold and Dorthea Spreng and sisters Patsy Stangl and Judy Svetanics.
Services are private. Donations in Brother Spreng’s memory may be made to the National MS Society or Easter Seals Midwest.
