Gary Allen Lebcowitz, a 51-year member of Laborers Local 110 who just received his 50-year Gold Card last June, passed away May 12, 2021.
Brother Lebcowitz, 78, was born on Oct. 24, 1942 in St. Louis to the late Elmer and Lorraine Lebcowitz (nee Baker).
He was the beloved husband of Helen Lebcowitz (nee Maus); son-in-law of the late Nick & Margaret Maus; dear father of Gary T. (Tyrone), the late Nick and John Lebcowitz; loving grandfather of Gary G., Nick, John Lebcowitz, and the late Elijah Lebcowitz and Jennifer Tyler; cherished great grandpa of James, Michael, Hailey and Eva; and dear brother of William Lebcowitz, Carol Harris and the late Mike Lebcowitz.
A funeral service was held May 18 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, followed by interment at Mount Hope Cemetery.
