Madison County Federation of Labor welcomes new delegate

UTILITY WORKERS LOCAL 640 President Phil Green (right), was sworn-in as a delegate to the Madison County Federation of Labor by President B. Dean Webb at the Federation’s first in-person meeting in months on Feb. 25. “We’ve always been members of the Federation. We’ve just never had the time to actually get more involved,” said Green, who has been president of Local 640 since 2011. “But now our officers are more experienced, and we’re able to delegate.
