PRIDE Labor-Management, St. Louis’s joint construction labor-management organization, will hold its sixth annual Construction Awards luncheon at 11:30 a.m. July 25 at Sheet Metal Workers Local 36 Headquarters, 2319 Chouteau Ave. in St. Louis.
This year’s award recipients include:
• George C. Roman, vice president of state and local government operations of The Boeing Co., who will receive the 2013 Industry Impact Award;
• Steve Sobo, director of design and construction at Washington University School of Medicine, who will receive the Joe Rinke Owner Award;
• Butch Welsch, president of Welsch Heating and Cooling Co., who will receive the Al Fleischer Management Award; and
• Hugh McVey, president of the Missouri AFL-CIO, who will receive the Dick Mantia Labor Award.
