Raising Cain at Raising Cane’s Chicken

Plasterer’s Local 3 has been raising some cane at Raising Cane’s Chicken for hiring a non-union contractor from Baton Rouge, La. that is paying wages below Local 3 standards to resurface some stores here. Jeremy Bock, Local 3 business manager and secretary-treasurer, was on this informational picket line at 17360 Chesterfield Airport Road to inform potential customers. Many dozens turned away when they saw the picket, he said.
