Sheet Metal Workers Local 36’s Ray Reasons sworn-in as Labor Council vice-president

RAY REASONS, president-business manager of Sheet Metal Workers (SMART) Local 36, was sworn-in as the St. Louis Labor Council’s newest vice-president by Council President Pat White at last month’s Council executive board meeting. Reasons was elected to lead Local 36 in July following the retirement of Local 36 Business Manager David Zimmermann. A 24-year member of Local 36, Reasons previously served as a Local 36 business representative, trustee and recording secretary. – Labor Tribune photo
