Southern Illinois Builders Association recognized with Heritage Award

O’FALLON, IL – The Southern Illinois Builders Association (SIBA) recently received the 2020 Heritage Recognition Award from the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce for 75 years of continued service in the area. SIBA, a trade association representing commercial and industrial building, highway and utility construction contractors throughout Southern Illinois started in 1945 in East St. Louis and has grown to approximately 500 members covering the southern 39 counties in Illinois.  Donna Richter, CEO of SIBA (left) accepts the award on behalf of SIBA from Cindy Helmkamp (right), President of the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce presented the award. – SIBA photo
