WHEN YOU’RE ON YOUR WORK BREAK and need a quick meal, Plasterers Local 3 urges you to find that meal anywhere else but at any of the region’s Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger locations throughout the greater St. Louis/Southern Illinois bi-state region as the company has opted to resurface the outside of five St Louis area stores with A. R. Stucco, from Baton Rouge, La., that pays its workers’ wages below those set by Local 3.
