SWICLC Working Women’s Committee raffle fundraiser to benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation

Belleville, IL – The Southwestern Illinois Central Labor Council’s Working Women’s Committee is selling raffle tickets for its 14th annual fundraiser, to benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Illinois.

The Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization that supports children in Illinois with life-threatening medical conditions. It was founded in 1985 and has served more than 15,000 children, including 390 this year (lower because of COVID-19).

Tickets are $1 or six for $5. The theme of the raffle is “Unions make wishes come true.” Donations may also be made.
