UFCW 655 members deliver Christmas to Youth and Family Center

January 7, 2019 by admin in Labor News From Our Region with 0 Comments

UFCW LOCAL 655 members collected hundreds of toys this year for the Youth and Family Center Toy Drive. It took less than three hours for all the toys to be distributed. “We couldn’t be happier that parents were able to give their children toys this Christmas because of the generosity of our partners,” said Local 655 President David Cook. “This is just one way that Labor can lift up their community, and we are thrilled to be a small part of that effort.” Cook extended a special thanks to Missouri State Representative Bruce Franks Jr. (D-St. Louis) and his office for their partnership in helping to make the toy drive a success. – UFCW Local 655 photo
