UFCW Local 655, Holten Meat announce tentative agreement to end strike

Employees at Holten Meat will be asked to vote on latest contract proposal early Tuesday, which would immediately end the strike if approved

Members of United Food & Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 655 and representatives of Holten Meat Inc. have reached a tentative contract agreement that would immediately end the current work stoppage if approved tomorrow by employees.

Holten Meat employees will be voting on the latest contract proposal on Tuesday, April 11 at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 100 E. 5^th St, Cahokia, IL, 62206 at 9 a.m.
