I believe that a union could be formed at the new Panera Ballwin location.
– the workers are definitely unhappy (coming from a former worker)
– corporate is now making workers clock out and remain at the restaurant until the managers finish their work (sometimes until 12 at night, when the business closes at 9)
– base pay is 14, but there is no real options for overtime or really any chance of getting some extra money.
– corporate put the workers through a fuck ton of bullshit
