A construction career expo for female veterans is scheduled for Wednesday, March 9, 2022.
The event will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at the St. Louis County American Legion Post 111 and St. Louis Service Women’s Post 404 at 7300 Landsdowne Ave. in Shrewsbury, Mo.
Participants will learn about training and mentorships available through the St. Louis Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Missouri Women in Trades (MOWIT) and several construction apprenticeship programs.
