I remember you as an adequate, if undistinguished, St. Louis County police chief.
Now, as an elected public official, you have become a menace to public health.
You and other Republicans on the St. Louis County Council and in Jefferson City refuse to help protect us from a deadly virus.
Last night ( Jan. 6, 2022) as you again voted against a masking mandate, St. Louis area hospitals were struggling to treat the highest number of inpatient hospitalizations since the pandemic began. Among them are your followers, many of whom refuse to wear masks.
You are putting us, yourself and your loved ones at risk.
We were better off when the only damage you could do was with your gun.
