LABORERS LOCAL 110 has a job action against Innovated Companies, a non-union contractor that pays far below area standard wages and benefits established by Local 110, for demolition work at the former JC Penney Home Store at 6933 S. Lindbergh Blvd. St. Louis Marketplace, a property management company, owns the building and hired the company. Local 110 Business Agent Brad Wilfong said efforts to negotiate with the company have been unsuccessful so far, but the public has shown a lot of support for the union from passersby. Local 110 retiree Joe Nesser takes the message to the public. – Labor Tribune photo
