Competition Marine Center employees join Machinists District 9, sign first contract

Moscow Mills, MO – Competition Marine Center employees here have joined Machinists District 9’s Automotive Lodge 777 and signed their first contract.

Lodge 777 President Scott Hargis said the union has been in contact with the company since June 2022. The three-year agreement will help the company retain employees and attract new employees.

“Our contract with Competition Marine is historic because it’s only our second contract with a marine dealer in the 103-year history of Machinists Lodge 777,” he said. “They are extremely happy to be a union shop.”
