Collinsville – The Southwestern Illinois Building & Construction Trades Council re-elected its officers for the next four years at its meeting April 10. Being sworn in (from left) are Executive Secretary/Treasurer Dale Stewart, President and Business Manager of Steamfitters Local 439 Charles “Totsie” Bailey (business manager Steamfitters Local 439) and Vice President Ronald Kaempfe (business manager Operating Engineers Local 520).
