The newly formed LGBTQIA+ Trades for St. Louis support group for St. Louis-area building trades workers who identify as LQBTQIA+ held its first meeting May 20 at Tower Grove Park and has announced a twice-monthly meeting schedule.
LGBTQIA+ Trades for St. Louis will provide members with the opportunity to discuss work-related issues in a safe environment.
Future meetings will be held the second Tuesday and third Thursday of the month, with Tuesday meetings in Tower Grove Park near the Farmers Market just west of Center Cross Drive, and Thursday meetings at Rehab Bar & Grill at 4054 Chouteau Ave. Locations are subject to change.
The informal meetings will run from 4 to 7 p.m. on both days.
LQBTQIA+ building trades men and women and allies are invited to attend meetings or join the group. Meetings will be informal.
