Biden slated to headline GOTV rally Oct. 31 at Iron Workers Local 392

Fairmont City – Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to headline a Democratic Party Get Out The Vote rally on Wednesday, Oct. 31, which could be historic for the Labor Movement.

Doors will open at 2 p.m. for the rally at Iron Workers Local 392, at 2985 Kingshighway (Rte. 111) in Fairmont City, just south of Interstate 70.

Also planning to appear at the rally are:

• Governor candidate J.B. Pritzker.

• Brendan Kelly, Democratic nominee in Illinois’ 12^th Congressional District.

• Juliana Stratton, candidate for lieutenant governor.

• Kwame Raoul, the Democratic candidate for attorney general.

• Illinois Treasurer Mike Frerichs, who is up for re-election.

• U.S. Rep. Cheri Bustos, running for re-election in the 17^th Congressional District including the Quad-Cities and Peoria
