BRICKLAYERS LOCAL 1 is bannering the Forum Shopping Center at Highway 141 and Olive Boulevard in Chesterfield, Mo., for using Massey Tuckpointing, a non-signatory contractor that pays below area standard wages and benefits negotiated by Local 1 for tuckpointing work.
