Cardinals hosting Union Appreciation Day Sept. 1

**PLAN TO ATTEND** Union Appreciation Day at Busch Stadium, Sunday, Sept. 1. Fans who purchase a special Union Appreciation Day ticket will receive a specially-designed “Cardinals Union Proud” stocking cap, and a portion of each ticket sold will benefit the St. Louis Labor Council’s $5 for the Fight Fund.

Start your Labor Day celebration a day early this year with Union Appreciation Day at Busch Stadium Sunday, Sept. 1, when the St. Louis Cardinals host the Cincinnati Reds starting at 1:15 p.m.

Fans who purchase a special Union Appreciation Day ticket will receive a specially-designed “Cardinals Union Proud” stocking cap.

The Cardinals Union Proud stocking cap is available only with the purchase of a special Union Appreciation theme ticket. A portion of each theme ticket sold will be donated to the St. Louis Labor Council’s “$5 for the Fight” Fund, which supports union members and their families in times of financial hardship. Last year’s Union Appreciation Day raised $1,039 for the Fight Fund.
