CONDUCTING LABORS’ BUSINESS with its first-ever Zoom meeting, the St. Louis Labor Council last week held its regular business online as it brought nearly 50 delegates together for its monthly meeting using an online meeting platform in order to maintain social distancing and keeping within St. Louis City’s “no large meetings” restrictions during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. “It was a successful meeting,” Council President Pat White said. “It was quite different than our normal monthly gatherings, but necessary in these times.” – Labor Tribune photo
