Daughter of Laborers 110 member wins $1,500 District Council scholarship

Sunset Hills, MO – Congratulations to Faith Wigger (third from left), daughter of Laborers Local 110 member Matt Wigger (second from left), on being awarded a $1,500 scholarship from the Missouri Kansas Laborers’ District Council. Each year, the Council offers one $1,500 scholarship to one member’s child from each of its 16 Locals. Wigger was randomly chosen from among seven applicants.
