Donate to the ‘$8 for 8’ campaign to help stop ‘right-to-work’

September 11, 2017 by admin in Labor News From Our Region with 0 Comments

WE ARE MO, the campaign to repeal so-called “right-to-work (for less)” is putting out an urgent call to rank-and-file union members to donate $8 to a grassroots fund drive to support the upcoming public education campaign.

The new “$8 for 8” campaign plays off the incredible feat of union members and working family allies gathering over 310,000 petition signatures in ALL EIGHT of Missouri’s Congressional Districts and all 114 counties to put so-called “right-to-work” on the November 2018 ballot for voters to decide.

You can  join the fight by going to wearemo.org and clicking on the red “Donate” button in the upper right hand corner to help defend Missouri workers from the phony “right-to-work (for less)” and the dark money backers working to make it state law. If you’d rather write a check the mailing address is: We Are Missouri, 227 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101
