The Kelley Group, St. Louis Labor Council and St. Louis Building & Construction Trades Council will host a breakfast fundraiser in honor of St. Louis County Executive Sam Page Thursday, Sept. 16, from 8-9 a.m. at the Kelley Group, 409 N. 15th St., St. Louis, MO 63103.
