Greater Madison County Federation of Labor ushers in holidays with party, food drive

East Alton, IL – With help from Santa, a skinny tree and a couple of questionable-looking elves, B. Dean Webb, president of the Greater Madison County Federation of Labor, leads a brief business meeting right before dinner was served at the Federation’s annual Christmas party Dec. 21 at the Machinists’ Hall in East Alton.
