East Alton, IL – The Greater Madison County Federation of Labor recently welcomed two new delegates, Greg Nihiser (left), of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 799 and Kyle Johnson, a trustee of Ironworkers Local 392.
