IBEW 309 retirees give their skills and time for Heart and Home

RETIREES FROM IBEW LOCAL 309 have been at it again, donating their time and skills to help East Side Heart and Home Family Center prepare another new family home in East St. Louis. The Heart and Home program has provided more than 20 homes for low-income women and families, helping them learn to become homeowners with repair, maintenance and budgeting skills.
