IBEW Local 1 banners new Barnhart Express Mart

SHAME ON EXPRESS MART – Next time you’re in the Barnhart, Mo. area and you’re looking for a convenience store, you can skip the Express Mart off Metropolitan Boulevard. IBEW Local 1 is bannering the store for using Mid America Electric, a non-union employer which pays employees less than the standard wage and benefit rates established by Local 1, for electrical construction work.
