IBEW Local 1 members honor veterans for Memorial Day by placing flags

South St. Louis County – A large group of IBEW Local 1 members and their families and friends showed up on a chilly, rainy morning May 26 to place flags on the graves of veterans at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in preparation for the Memorial Day Commemoration Ceremony.
