Edwardsville – IBEW Local 309 celebrated its retirees with a luncheon on Oct. 17 at Sunset Hills Country Club. Hundreds of retirees and their guests joined local officers for the gala that was highlighted by the presentation of membership honors. Local 309 Business Manager Tim Evans said business has improved and almost all local members are now working.
