Ron R. Ashworth, a member of IBEW Local 1439, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18.
Brother Ashworth, of Washington, Mo., was united in marriage to Judith (nee Crow) on Oct. 10, 1970, and their union was blessed with two children. He was employed at Ameren as a Troubleman in the Franklin District before retiring.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Ashworth on April 1, 2019; his parents, Richard and Opal Ashworth; and two brothers: John Ashworth and William Ashworth.
He is survived by one son, Marc (Kimberly) Ashworth, of Washington; one daughter, Sandy (Jason) Hadaway, of Pensacola, Fla.; two grandchildren, Air Ashworth and Adam Ashworth; his girlfriend, Kathy Parris; and three sisters, Flora Dillman, Imogene Jones, and Dorothy Schepp.
