Leo E. Morrow, retired secretary-treasurer of UFCW Local 655, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022.
Born Sept.11, 1942, to the late Thomas and Rose Morrow. Brother Morrow was a devoted husband to Linda Morrow (nee Schmitt); dearest brother of Chris Morrow and Thomas Morrow; brother-in-law of Walt (Dagmar) Schmitt and Kay McKinny-Crawford; our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.
A proud 19-year member of UFCW Local 655, in 1993 he became the Local’s Secretary-Treasurer until his retirement April 1, 2000. During his final years with the UFCW, In April, 1997 Brother Morrow was elected to the Community Fire and Protection Board serving until his passing.
Funeral Service were held Aug. 30, at Collier’s Funeral Home, St. Ann with Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
