Jefferson County Labor Club welcomes new executive board member

Festus, MO – Prudence LaFerney, an UFCW Local 655 business representative, joined the Jefferson County Labor Club as an alternate executive board member at the club’s March meeting. The club meets the second Monday of each month at its office at 4 Main St. in Festus. The general membership meeting, which is open to the public, begins at 7 p.m., and the executive board meets at 6 p.m. The Labor Club officers are: IBEW Local 1 Business Representative Chuck DeMoulin, president; Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 562 Business Representative Brian Chumley, vice president; Steve Markus, a member of Carpenters Local 97, treasurer; and Sheri Gassaway, a member of the United Media Guild, recording secretary.   – Labor Tribune photo
