LERA to host Feb. 1 meeting on 2017 legislative changes, new court and NLRB decisions

The Labor & Employment Relations Association (LERA) Gateway Chapter will host a breakfast meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 1 on 2017 legislative changes and new court and NLRB decisions that impact the workplace and collective bargaining.

The event will be held at the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 148 Hall, 11000 Lin Valle Dr., St. Louis, MO 63123. Breakfast and registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. and the program will be held from 8:15 to 10 a.m.

Presenters will include Pete Perez, NLRB assistant regional director, Rochelle Balentine, NLRB field attorney, James Faul, of Hartnett Gladney Hetterman, L.L.C., and David Frenzia, of Lowenbaum Law.

The deadline for registering is Thursday, Jan. 26. The program is free for patrons and co-sponsors and $50 for others.
