East Alton, IL – The Greater Madison County Federation of Labor will hold its 30th annual Labor Awards Dinner starting with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 at Julia’s Banquet Center, 101 Eastgate Plaza, East Alton, IL.
