MU Extension, LERA look at best practices in the Me, Too Movement

The University of Missouri Extension and the Labor and Employer Relations Gateway Chapter are teaming up to offer legal education program called “The Me, Too Movement: Best Practices for Employers” on Friday, May 25.

The program will be held at the IBEW Local 1439 Union Hall at 2121 59th St. in St. Louis from noon until 3 p.m. The cost is $40 and includes lunch if you register at least five days in advance. Karen Milner with Jackson Lewis P.C will be the guest speaker.

The event is for members of the Missouri Bar Association and those in the human relations, Labor and business fields. Members of the bar association will receive two Continuing Legal Education credit hours for attending.

A second legal education program called “Your Statutory Leave Rights” will be offered Friday, June 22 at the union hall. Janine Martin with Hammond and Shinners, P.C will be the guest speaker. That event will also be held from noon to 3 p.m. for $40, including lunch and credit hours.
