Neil Perry named 2023 recipient of ‘John Gaal Legacy Award’

ST. LOUIS – Neil Perry (second from right) was recently awarded the Missouri Apprenticeship John Gaal Legacy Award during National Apprenticeship Week 2023, hosted by the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development. Perry served as the Missouri State Director with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Missouri Office of Apprenticeship team for 22 years. His roles and contributions during his leadership led Missouri to second place in the nation.
