NORTH COUNTY LABOR CLUB Secretary Jim Schuette of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562 (left), President Fred Searcy of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562 (center) and Vice President Tim Rone of Heat and Frost Insulators Local 1, show off their new “$8 for 8” signs distributed to club members to help collect funds to fight so-called “right-to-work.” The “$8 for 8” campaign plays off the historic feat of union members and working family allies gathering 310,567 petition signatures in ALL EIGHT of Missouri’s Congressional Districts and all 114 counties to put so-called “right-to-work” on the November 2018 ballot for voters to decide. You can contribute by mailing a check to We Are Missouri, 227 Jefferson St. Jefferson City, MO 65101 or donate online by visiting wearemo.org and clicking on the red “Donate” button in the upper right hand corner of the page.  – Labor Tribune photo
