Lemay, MO – Painters District Council 58 is handbilling Gateway to the West Harley-Davidson at 3600 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125 for hiring Finalé Finishes , a non-union contractor that pays below area standard wages negotiated by DC 58 for work at the dealership.
