O’Fallon, MO – City Council member Bob Howell (right), a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 562, is setting his sights on the O’Fallon mayor’s office in 2016. Howell has held office for more than a decade and has also served on the city’s planning and zoning commission.
Howell announced his decision to challenge incumbent Mayor Bill Hennessy at a recent meeting of Tri-County Labor Club.
