Ronald Gushleff Sr. elected president of the Greater St. Louis Labor Council Retirees

The Greater St. Louis Labor Council Retirees Club recently elected Ronald Gushleff Sr. president. Gushleff succeeds former President Richard King.

Among other officers, David Meinell was re-elected vice president, Patricia Laughlin was re-elected secretary and Calvin Davis was re-elected treasurer. All were elected to three-year terms.

The retirees club is comprised of delegates from union locals and union retiree clubs.

Gushleff is president of the Teamsters Local 600 Golden Age Retirees Club, Teamsters Joint Council 13 Retirees Club and the Eastern Missouri Teamster Retiree Council.

Meinell is president of the Machinists District 9 Retirees Club and the Missouri Alliance for Retired Americans.

Laughlin is chair of the Teachers Local 420 Retirees Committee.

Davis is vice president of the Machinists District 9 Retirees Club.

King is a delegate from Electrical Workers Local 1.
