Mount Vernon, IL – Roofers Local 2 is bannering the Continental Tire plant here over its hiring of Team Craft Roofing – an out-of-town, non-union contractor out of North Carolina that pays below area standard wages and benefits negotiated by Local 2 – to tear off and replace the roof on its building at 11525 North, Illinois Hwy 142, Mt.
