S.M. Wilson talks about importance of mental health with workers on jobsite

ST. CHARLES, MO – In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness Month, S.M. Wilson held a toolbox talk May 18 with its union building trade partners at the new Francis Howell North High School under construction here. The union contractor believes normalizing discussions around mental health and mental illness helps decrease the stigma related to seeking help when needed. It encourages team members to support and encourage one another as well as access resources available through Member Assistance/Employee Assistance Programs.  – SM Wilson photo
