Santa made an early appearance on Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Machinists’ Bluff City Lodge 660 in East Alton, Ill., greeting children, parents, and more than a few grandparents, in the Lodge, still sparkling from a major renovation. Santa got a two-fer on his lap (left) with Cambria Windmiller and her grandma, Michelle Windmiller. Young Jasmine Buress (center) patiently waited for her turn with her aunt, Lanette Cassel, in their matching shirts.
